Samira graduated from Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry with honours in 2005 and was awarded the Constance Klein Memorial Prize for best student in operative dentistry and the prestigious British Society of Restorative Dentistry undergraduate clinical prize. She subsequently worked as a senior house officer in restorative dentistry at King’s Dental Institute and in maxillofacial surgery at St George’s Hospital, during which she gained her membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS).
She completed her specialty training in prosthodontics at the world-renowned UCL Eastman Dental Institute, Completing the Master of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Prosthodontics with distinction. Samira received the UCL alumni prize in prosthodontics for clinical and academic excellence and was recommended on the Dean’s list for academic achievements. She has obtained her specialty qualification (MPros) from The Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh.
Her clinical practice focuses on the treatment of simple and complex rehabilitation of worn down and broken teeth, using a minimally invasive and conservative approach where possible as well as treatment for the cosmetic enhancement of teeth. She also enjoys helping her patients with missing dentition improve their chewing function and the appearance of their smile with fixed, implant retained or removable prostheses.
Samira is also an associate clinical lecturer in prosthodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute.
